Getting to Padstow:
By Car
Road improvements over recent years have helped to make our area more accessible. The A30, our main artery, flows quite easily off the end of the M5 motorway via Okehampton and Launceston bypasses.
As you follow the A30 into Cornwall, turn off at the Victoria interchange on to the B3274 (signposted Roche and Victoria). Stay on the B3274. Ignore the right turning to Padstow, instead head on along the Newquay road. Take the 4th exit at the roundabout onto the A39 towards Wadebridge, then 1st exit on 2nd roundabout towards Padstow - B3274 (A389).
Alternatively you can either take the route via Plymouth over the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall using the A38, or take the Bodmin to Wadebridge road skirting around the town on the Wadebridge bypass.
By train
Our nearest railway station is at Bodmin Parkway on the main Plymouth to Penzance line, after which the journey must be completed by road. Western National operate a bus service to Padstow, their timetable being run in conjunction with British Rail. Buses for Padstow meet certain trains and usually wait ten minutes for those running late. Please ensure you consult the bus timetable.
By coach
National Express operate services all over Britain and an ingenious web of interlinking change terminals bringing passengers into Cornwall via Exeter. Coaches run into Wadebridge every day throughout the year, and from there Padstow is only a short bus or taxi ride away.
By plane
The nearest airport is at Newquay and it accepts several scheduled flights during the holiday season. Padstow is only a taxi ride away from the airport.
How to find Tregudda:
Watch for the ‘Welcome to Padstow’ sign on the A389, take the first left after you pass this sign, into Grenville Road. We are 50 yards from this turning on the left hand side.
